Under the vision of Our Respected Chairperson Mrs. Alka Sharma, school organised Yoga Session for The Management and staff members of Central Public Sr. Sec. School and Rookwoods International School.
Yoga session was headed by Alka Ma’am where various aasan’s were performed.
Yoga session started with the lighting of lamp and meditation which is the purest form of yoga that connects us with the true nature of our minds.
Management and teachers enthusiastically participated and enjoyed yoga session .
